Hi Karen - welcome to the forum.
The OR will want to know of any change in circumstance - so will need to know if your partners address or financial situation has changed.
Your property is not part of your partners BR estate so I am sure it will be safe.
One of the BR assist experts will be on line soon to hopefully confirm that and to give you their advice.

Kind Regards

If you are not living together now, your partner's Trustee has absolutely no interest in your property, unless your partner has contributed financially to this in the past.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com

Hi Karen and welcome to the forum.

If your BR partner is moving into a property which is owned in your ssole name, then the OR can't touch it.
