My husband and I are 2 years into a 4/5 year IVA and we may be splitting up. We are a home owner and have 2 children (14 and 11). The reason I went into an IVA was that I didn't want to lose my home. What are my options?

Hi,

You need to speak to your IVA company about this asap.

You may be able to split the IVA's and carry on with yours if that's what you want. The IVA company will discuss all your options with you.
