Hmrc are about to make me bankrupt i have a flat which has a charge attached to it which is registered with the land regerstry the charge was put against the property before any debt with hmrc occured would the asset the person with the charge property be safe
sorry i dont quite understand, is the charge to a friend, family member, business aquaintence, when was it charged and why, do you have any other debts and when were they incurred and what period of time is the HMRC debt for
