what happens if i declare bankruptcy to all my debts and what wil it affect in the future ?

Hi and welcome

If you declare bankruptcy then all of your debts will bhe included.

You may, dependent upon your disposable income after all essential bills have been paid, have to pay across to the BR for three years. You will usually be discharged from the bankruptcy after twelve months although it is sometimes earlier than that.

It will remain on your credit record for six years from the date you declare bankruptcy. Afterwards, if you apply for any credit then you may well be asked if you have ever been bankrupt - you have to answer yes and this could impact on your future borrowing.
