The inland revenue are talking about making me bankrupt, I owe them 34k and have made an offer that will clear the ammount within two years. They have rejected it. I have a house with no equity and credit card debts - However I have kept up all payments. I have also kept up current payments with the Inland Revenue. Can you help me in any way as I am desperate not to go Bankrupt and want to pay all my debts. Do you think my mortgage provider will allow me to go on interest only?

Hi Kate,

If the Inland Revenue will accept your new proposal, then approach your mortgage company as only they can tell you whether you can switch.

Good luck, hope you get it all sorte. If not, I suggest you speak to an expert on here for some advice.
