I used to be self employed and I had 1 member of staff. Due to various reasons I sacked him but I didn't go through the proper channels he has now got a ccj on me for unfair dismissal and a attachment of earnings for the sum of around £8000 would this be cleared if I where declared bankrupt.
Would attachment of earnings be cleared through bankruptcy ?
