Hi all,

I hope you are all having a good Monday!

I am supposed to be AD in three days time (Wednesday) . I havent heard anything from the OR since August (I am in fact still waiting for her to reply to an email from then too).

I know it has been said on here before that you don't think I will hear anything now, but if she wanted to contact me, could she send me a Income and Expenditure form (or whatever it is called) at this late stage and delay the AD until she gets a response? Nothing has changed to my position unfortunatly.

Many thanks for everything guys (and girls)

E xx

Unless you haven't been co-operating with the OR, I can't see them suspending dicharge to send you a late I&E form.

I think you will be discharged as normal.

Hi there, it is quite normal not to hear anything with regard to the automatic discharge, one way for you to check for your own peice of mind, is to keep an eye on the Insolvency Service website, and quite soon after your discharge date you will 'disappear' from the register!
Well done, on reaching the end of this difficult period in your life, bet you thought this day would never come, good luck for the future, Melanie

Thank you. I was just concerned as I am still waiting for a letter they said they would send me in April last year and something else they were chasing me for but I was arguing with.

I'm just worried they are going to get a reminder ping up on their machine and think 'ooops, we forgot to do xxxx and xxx let's do that now before it's too late'

What time is the insolvency website updated do you know? I'd love to see it up in writing that I have my AD.

Thank you guys for everything.

Midnight, so get yourself a cup of tea (glass of wine!) and watch it change.

Don't forget to print off a copy of the discharge page in case you need it.

Thank you all for everything, you have all been so supportive and helpful.

Magically I woke up at 12 and went to the website and took a look (and have just created a PDF of the page).

I guess I can delete the OR's number from my phone. I can also relax for the first time in a year!

Thanks again :)
