I am divorced from husband who has been made bankrupt, this was after the divorce went through. We jointly own a property. How can I find out
Who is dealing with his bankruptcy,
Can I contact them direct,
can my portion be affected by this
What can I do?

Hi Olga,

You can find your ex husband's details on the insolvency register which is found on the insolvency service website. All the details of the official receiver will be on there and you can contact them.

Are you or he living in the property now? Is there any equity on the property?
