declared bankrupt today. not as bad as i thought took papers to court waited 2hrs papers came back signed. have only realised that money that was paid into our acount from our sons work insurance. as he did not have a will we hasd to decide and we split the money to his brothers and used the balance for our bankrupcy. will this amount to freud as we did not use the money for debts but to his brothers and funeral costs.

Hello there

and well done on going through the process, I bet it was no where near as bad as you had thought it would be Iit never is, but people won't believe that!)
With regard to your sons money, try to have as much paperowrk/evidence etc to explain the siutation, statements any letters and if possible a statement from your sone explaining the situation etc and I am sure you will not have any difficulties with the OR

Have you received your appointment with the OR info yet? Don't panic as that is also no where near as bad as you think it will be, not long now and things will really start to look/feel better for you
with the pressure off financially
