I Smart was dealing with the reclaiming prior to April last year for the PPI. They were harrassing me with calls and letters in relation to my payment that I apparently owed in relation to the claim but as I had no payment from the bank, I decided to chase this up myself several months later, which in effect was me dealing with the banks not the PPI company. Even though they have not done the job they were supposed to do, they are still chasing the money and this has now been sent to a debt recovery. Ashworth Lawyers. Please can you advise accordingly.
