1. My legal name is *name removed*.-Some creditors are claiming Debts on *name removed* -not my legal name. Can I dispute not paying for this as it is not my legal name.(They failed to verify my correct name and account).

2.If I get only benefits with my pension annuity of total £98.00 per week. How much do I have to pay creditors if that is only my income (as the law states that I need this amount as minimum to live on told by my DWP-benefits office so my disposal income is Zero). How can I pay for court fees??

Hi Yogesh and a warm welcome to the forum

The best advice I can offer you is for you to make an appointment with your local Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB)- ask for an appointmnt with their 'Money Adviser' They will go through your situation with you and advise you accordingly

It may well be that bankrtupcy/debt relief order may be a solution and they can advise you re fees which may be reduced dependant oon the benefits you are in receipt of, but do have access to schemes that enalbe full fees to be paid on your behalf if you qualify - only the CAB can do this, so they would be your best port of call

Hope this helps, Melanie

Yogesh, I have removed your full name from your post as it's not advisable to have this on the forum.

are you saying that they have simply confused you with someone else, or are you saying you did incur the debts but under a different name
