Hiya Guys,

It's been two years since myself and my hubby filed for bankruptcy. We have both been discharged for 15 months and my hubby has to pay an ipa until August 2013.

My parents want to give me some money (between 10/15k), please can you advise if there are any implications with them doing this?

Many thanks in advance x

Hi sunshine,

If you've been discharged from bankruptcy, then there is no issue in your parents giving you money.
