I had a County Court Judgement declared against me. Can I get this removed from his credit file. The CCJ related to a tenancy agreement that I took out for my friend. This friend left the property In a bit of a mess and the land lord took me to court. I had to pay £3000. I am now applying for a mortgage and would like the CCJ set aside.

Don't see how if you were named on the tenancy agreement & the money had't been paid. Debt should be marked as settled in full though if you haver paid it.
