 Hi We are in an IVA at present which we have not paid for 18 months

Hi We are in an IVA at present which we have not paid into for nearly 18 months but we still have received no certificate to end it. Bankruptcy is the only way to go but we havent got all the money yet. Every time we get to save it all something goes wrong the car, vets bills etc. Not sure what to do any advice out there.

Are you on a payment break? You will need the IVA to fail before going to court, so if bankruptcy is the route you wish to take, then you need to inform your IP.

Check with the court to see if you are elligable for a court fee reduction too.
