Is it true that if I am made bankrupt by a vindictive creditor a wealthy third party friend or relation can pay to Receiver a sum of money eqivalent to the value of an asset and I would be allowed to keep the asset as he had the value of the asset now via friend or relative eg an Isa or life policy etc
