How will I have access to my wages if my bank account is frozen?
It may not be frozen but if it is the OR can tell the bank to release to you. I'll let the experts clarify this situation im just going off my own experience
You would need to open a bankruptcy friendly account prior to bankruptcy and have your wages and direct debits transferred over before you go to court.
