Received letter saying that they want Ł600.00. Can they gain access,without me being present? The letter also said that they would seize property if I cannot pay. I could get the cash for Monday,would they charge more for waiting over the weekend?

Is it a letter from bailiffs? Have they visited before? Have you spoken to them telling them you can get the money for Monday?
