You may qualify for a reduction if you are on low income or on certain benefits so get a court fee reduction booklet from the court and have a look if you meet the criteria.
In certain circumstances, you may get help with the full fee, but you would need to visit the CAB to see if you are elligable.
I don't have the £700 to pay the court costs. What can I do?
