we went bankrupt in 2008 and hav been discharged now but hav started getting emails and call from a time share company that we had bought a holiday pack from witch is payed for but thay are trying to get 4 years registration fee's from us we hav told them about the bankruptcy but thay dont care and are now planning to get a debt collector to recover the mony can thay do this as i thought that all debts where wiped out any help will b geate as this is starting to worry us now thanks mark
