Vivienne advised me she is receiving calls from a company chasing payment, she advised me the payment they are chasing is from a catalogue company, she advised me she has not used a catalogue company and would like some advice on what she can do.
I advise vivienne speaks to the debt collection company and ask what details they have on her as it sounds like someone may have opened a catalogue account in her name.
I am receiving calls chasing payment from a catalogue company I have never used.
