 I have left England, but is it possible for me to declare bankruptcy in UK ?

I have left England, but was living there until 2007-11-11 full as resident, thereafter moved to Sweden. Is it possible for me now in 2012 to declare myself bankrupt since the houses were sold with extensive lost in the UK.

No, you would need to declare bankruptcy in Sweden.
