Hi, at court tomorrow but really worried, gambled roughly 5000 in last 2 years, none of this was on credit cards but using money to pay bills and having to go to family and friends asking for Money for bills, they didn't know I was gambling, I have since told them and they don't want money bank they just want to help. All of this will show on my bbank statementsand I am really worriedthe judge will deny my bankruptcy. Can they do this. I also have 26000 of unsecured debt, half due. To gambling

As long as you have stopped gambling and have sought support and help, then if you are insolvent, the judge will grant the bankruptcy.

Good luck for tomorrow.
