On for 6.27 do I literally just put a line through that which is not relevant to me?

Also on 6.28 Expenditure. My mortgage is normally £527.50, but I have £311.46 paid by DWP as I'm unemployed, leaving me to pay just £216.14. The same with Council Tax it should be £142 but I only pay £34 and month. Which figures should I put down as if I get a job I will probably have to pay the full amount?

Also, as I'm Unemployed I receive free prescriptions, which would normally cost about £42 a month. Which should I put down?

You should put down your current expenditure and yes, just strike through what is not relevant to you.

As Viki says put down what you spend at the moment. If your circumstances change you can notify the OR then.

Only when the last tree has died, the last river has been poisoned and the last fish has been caught will we realise that we cannot eat money.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.

As has been said, just answer what you can as you fill the form out.

You will get an income and expenditure form off the OR/Trustee after your BR goes through.

Its also then a condition of your BR to notify them of any changes to your circumstances (increase in income).

And decrease as well.

Ascend may you find no resistance

Thanks.

I have been to see the specialist advised at CAB today and she has left me more confused.

The ccj i have is now a charging order on the property. I have never paid anything to the company (Hillesden Securities) in 2 years. I have'nt heard from them in over a year.

She said we have to find out from them what they expect us to pay before we can fill out the appropriate forms.

I've no idea on that one Malcolm.

Why not give one of the experts on here a call to see if they can clarify things for you.

You don't need to delay filling in the forms, it sounds like they do not want monthly payments, but you can check with them at anytime.

As has been said, no need to delay filling in your forms.

The effect of the charging order will depend on various circumstances, but doesn't prevent you from filing.

Is it on a property you live in?

Does it leave any equity in the property?

Niobe,
The condition is to tell the OR if your personal circumstances improve.

Obviously, if you are subject to an IPA, its in ones own interest to declare a decrease.

Just thought I would mention it as the OP may think that he can't tell them of a decrease.

I would recommend speaking to one of the experts. While the CAB do an excellent job the advice sometimes isn't always accurate, mainly due to a lack of resources.

One of the big reasons to go to the CAB, is its free, plus,
The biggest reason, is you need to show that you have sought professional advice before filing for bankruptcy.

CAB is probably the easiest way to show this.

Initial advice from any company is free and you can also show that you have sought professional advice.

Not knocking the CAB as they do a good job but, they don't always have the specialised resources as a good debt advice does.
