I'm a UK resident now living in AUstralia. I have a credit card debt and overdraft still in th uk. I;m unable to consolodate in england as am not earning there and unab;e to borrow here in Oz as I am not a resident. How can i delclare bankruptcy from outside the country?? I owe in total about 7000pounds
