hi all compleated mt statement of affairs and have listed who all my creditors are, but what happens if my debt is sold on without my knowledge to a debt management company my statement of affairs will therefore not be accurate. Will the OR obtain the info off all sold debts from the original creditors?

The OR should sort it all out.

Even debts not listed at date of BR are still covered.

Views expressed are my own personal views, based on what has happened during my own BR process unless otherwise stated.
Professional advice should always be sought.

You've nothing to worry about - the OR will check everything.

Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Ascend may you find no resistance
Know that you made such a difference
All you leave behind will live to the end
The cycle of suffering goes on
But memories of you stay strong
Someday I too will fly and find you again
