 I receive ESA and DLA. What discount might I expect as regards the court fee ?

I live in rented accommodation and receive ESA and DLA.What discount might i expect as regards the court fee?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

If these are benefits that qualify then you should be able to discount the court fee of £175 I believe.

Ascend may you find no resistance
Know that you made such a difference
All you leave behind will live to the end
The cycle of suffering goes on
But memories of you stay strong
Someday I too will fly and find you again

Yes the OR fee of £525 is removed but you still have to pay the court fee. I was given the money or else I wuold have only paid £175

It's the other way round. You will pay £525.

really?

How can they expect someone to stump up £525? Should be the way I suggested it. I am lucky it was paid for me but it's still wrong!

Unfortunately it is only the court fee that is discounted - you would have to find the other from somewhere.
