hi,im done now thank god. like others the or asked for my bank card last year which i gave them.will they return it to me or would it have been sent to the bank,so i have to ask for a new one?

Hi Simon,

You say the OR took your card last year? Was it for the bank you are currently using and if so, how have you been managing?

hi niobe,we had a joint account,technically.the wife had a card to get money and pay the bills.

I've no idea then. Perhaps debtinfo can help otherwise I'd suggest giving the OR a call and ask.them.

I would give the OR a call - when I went BR I had to cut up my cards and send them to the OR so I knew I wouldn't be getting them back.

The more I have to do with humans the more I think that the world would be a better place if it was run by animals.

Last IPA payment made on 28th June 2010 and I'm now looking forward to getting married in September 2012 - I'm proof that you can go BR and come out the other side.

I think OR/Trustees must work differently in different areas. When I went BR, my credit cards had already been destroyed or returned to the creditors and so far as my bank account was concerned, I was allowed to keep it along with the basic debit card.

Just thought I'd let you know.
