Hi,

Not sure why they would want this but wouldn't think that they would contact your employer.

Are you on a nil tax IPA? May be something to do with that.

They shouldn't check your bank account again.

Hopefully either Viki or debtinfo will be along to assist,

Hi Catherine,

Is it an income and expenditure form you are filling in? They won't contact your employer, they are just getting the info in case they can set up an income payment agreement prior to discharge.

There will be no need for them to ask for bank statements.

Thank you for all your replies.
I was bankrupt on the day of my bankruptcy, but managed to get a job later on, although I did notify the OR and filled the appropriate forms at the time. Nothing has changed since then. The job was with an agency working for a large company.
The only reason I am worried is the company have now offered me permanent work, once they have finished all the checks, including CRB etc. I don't want anything to put them off, although on lower money, its permanent.
The form is a IPOQ. there wanting dependent, employment details and income and outgoings.

I think they are just wanting your details but won't contact your employer - they have no need to. I think it's only to see whether or not you have to have an IPA.

CRB won't check your finances.

Hi Catherine, it's the usual form you would get prior to discharge, so don't worry, as the others have said, they won't contact your employer.
