I went bankrupt in Feb 2009, at the time the property I had was with a mortgage, I was renting out (did not get permission from Northan Rock to rent). The OR toke over collecting the rent. Today I received a call from Northan Rock asking me to make up the arrears. I said to the person calling that I am not liable for this property as I went bankruct. She told me because the property was being rented  out there permition. I am liable for any shortfall. Can some one tell me what I do now am I liable or are they just trying to get money out of me?
