 I have a bankruptcy hearing tomorrow. I don't want to go bankrupt. What shall I say to the judge ?

I have a portfolio of properties which it has equity in it as well as I have mortgages too. The debet is only £4500 and the judgement was made in my abscent. I have escalated this case to high Court. I have a bancruptcy hearing tomorrow. What shall I say to the judge? I don't want to be banckeupt?

Ok so the obvious first question is why have you not paid the £4500
