I owe less than £15000,and am struggling to pay my debts and am on benefits.can you please tell me what is the best action for me to take.Thankyou

Hi and welcome to the forum.

If you have less than £15k and have no assets and less than £50 a month disposable income after all of your priority payments have been made then a Debt Relief Order could be the way to go.

It will cost you £90 and you will be debt free in a year.

Have a word with an expert - either chat with CAB or visit Payplan or CCCS who will talk things through with you.
