Hi. I have 12 years old car registered on my name abroad in EU. Do I have to declare it and if yes do OR sell it ?

its worth about 1K ...i use it only to travel from airport to my family abroad...

As it's not needed for work purposes, you can either sell it beforehand and use the funds for your bankruptcy fees, or you can see if a family member or friend can pay the OR to keep it.
