I went bankrupt in May 2009 but was discharged one year later. My bank won't allow me to have internet banking unless I show them proof that I've been discharged. I'm pretty sure I received written notification of my discharge when it occurred but I no longer have this to hand. How can I provide this proof to my bank? Who should I contact to get this written notification again? Thanks.

The cheapest way would be to print off an experian report to show the discharge. Otherwise you would need to contact the county court you went bankrupt in and ask for a discharge certificate, which will cost around £70.
