My wages are mainly commission based, Ie low basic with target related commissions that are not guaranteed, and wage therefore differs month to month dependent on this. how will the official receiver know how much to use for IPA if this is set
The OR will look at an average, but don't worry, they are used to dealing with people who only earn commission so you won't have to pay more than you can afford.
