Having been discharged 10 yrs ago, I am still getting charged tax on retrement annuity policy which i gave up to the OR at the point of bankrupptcy,Why do i still pay this tax and when or how can it stop

Hi and welcome.

I agree with Viki. Speak to HMRC in the first instance to see why you are being taxed on this. If there is no definitive answer from there then go to the OR.
