 hi, discharged as at 02042013. today received demand for an old loan

hi, discharged as at 02042013. today received demaned for an old loan,as there were three differnt collection agency's handling this not certain if correct info went on forms. how do we stand do we contact the court or just send copies of discharge notice. thanks for all previouse help.

Hi Pam,

Don't worry, this often happens, just send them a copy of your discharge certificate and a letter saying they were included in your bankruptcy.

Hi Pam,

Did you print off a copy of your discharge from the Insolvency Service?

Check to make sure that it's still there otherwise you will have to pay about £70 to get it from the court,

it stays online for three months after the date of discharge
