Hi and welcome to the forum.

Are you still bankrupt? Can you give us some more information please?

The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant

Hi Duncan,

As Niobe as said, we need a bit more info.

There is nothing to stop you declaring bankruptcy for the second time if that's your best option, but it depends on what is happening to the property as to whether those debts can be included.

Please post back or speak to an expert.
