Hi I am very worried about my man she is 60 years old disabled & is up to her eyes in debt. She pays out all if her money to provident, shopper cheque, loans at home, vanquis ,free woods & its making her I'll. She's crying everyday all day & I want to help her as much as I can. I was thinking if I could get the fees together to see if she could go bankrupt if there is any info you could give me I would really apreciate it thanks regards Anthony
How much debt is she in? There could be a number of solutions available to her. I would suggest that she speaks to an expert or you could pop along to the CAB for some free advice.

As Niobe has said, she really needs to chat to an expert to see what options are available, or you could chat to someone initially to get some information.

With £15k if she has no assets then a DRO could be an option. Give Viki a ring and she will give you some free advice.
