I was declared BK on 12.6.08. The OR meeting went well and I wasn't given a monthly payment due to temping after being made redundant. I have been offered a job which is commission only and classed as self employed. 2 of my friends do this and earn over 1,000 per week and the funds are BACS paid into their account then they declare tax. This job is only for 12 weeks but my potential earnings are really high and I am unsure whether to tske it or not due being BK. Should I speak to the OR and discuss with them or take it and say nothing?? I am moving to Australia and the money would be a great way of setting myself up. Please advise!!

Yes - you are duty bound to discuss any changes of income with the OR to give them the opportunity of amending your payment arrangements.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
