Will I have to declare my mobile phone contract to the O.F.? I have had the same number for 15 years now and don't want to lose it even though I have recently upgraded

yes but you are allowed to keep current contracts going as long as you declare that you have it. Technically you have more income when you are BR aswell

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Everything has to be declared to the OR. If you have any disposable income over £20 per month after priority debts have been paid then the lot will have to go across to your BR.

How much is your contract per month?

The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant
