Thanks Niobe and thanks Viki I will contact you later today.

What annoys me is that the other person on the mortgage is not only the source of the CCJ;s but also earning 6-700 a week but still the lender does not care. they just want to chase her and she earns under 13K a year..

She can't afford it any more and this is why she is just wanting to walk away. She has not stopped paying for the mortgage but is keeping the bailiffs paid to stop enforcement. However I did point out that anything they take will mean less to shif t when she moves.

I have a lot of equipment here and so I have all my receipts ready to prove it should she decide to let them. Just in case.

The CAB now say the amount you need to owe to go BR is now £750, is that true!?
