Hi and welcome.

The OR has an interest in your property for two years and three months after your BR was declared so there is still the chance they could get in touch.

I would give the OR a call just to check what the position is.

Hi Paul,

Is there any equity in your home?

Good Advice, Although I would say to the OP if they don't contact you within the next 48 hours you are safe anyway as that would be Wednesday (unless I have it wrong and you didn't go bankrupt in December) )

The OR has 3 years to deal with the property if it's your home where you live.

I thought they only had an interest for two years and three months?

No it's 3 years. They value it again in 2 years and 3 months.

If it's not the property they are living in, there is no timescale.
