We are in an I.v.a. But feel we may be failed, we have a mortgage and secured loan totalling approx. 112k, our debts are 38k.
We have 2 disabled children with many issues including autism if we had to go bankrupt would we lose our house?

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Sorry to hear of your problems.

Have you been told that you have failed? Is there any reason why you feel that you have?

How much equity do you have in your home?

The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant

Hi Lucy,

What exactly is happening with the IVA?
