Hi, on the 9th of September it will be 6 years since we went bankrupt, and you tell us how we go about clearing the bankruptcy from our credit file. Are we able to do this straight away?
This will drop off in September - just make sure you check that it has. If not then contact the agencies with a copy of your discharge (if you have one) and tell them to remove the BR.

Are we able to clear our bankruptcy ( 6 years ago) from our credit file straight away ?
