I am considering bankruptcy (can no longer afford payments to IVA). My main worry is that I rent from my ex, I have an AST. I'd like to move but don't have a deposit or rent in advance, let alone my dodgy credit rating. My question is about beneficial interest in the property, would the OR decide that I have? I've no idea of how much the mortgage is or if there is any equity. Can anyone offer any advice please?
