I want to know more about bankruptcy in the U.K. When I was young 18 I kept getting offered loans I took
Them and got offerd more and more and over the years built up debt. I always paid the loans but now I'm 28 and find myself in £17,000 loan debt £3,500 credit card debt, £2,00 overdrawn in my bank debt I work all the time to pay these off and it's going to fall apart soon for me. As I have a partner a baby under 1 and a boy of 5 years old. My main question is there anyway I can just get these debts written off me I don't care if it's bankruptcy I just need a clean slate ?

Hi and welcome.

Do you own your own home?

The friend in my adversity I shall always cherish most. I can better trust those who helped to relieve the gloom of my dark hours than those who are so ready to enjoy with me the sunshine of my prosperity. – Ulysses S. Grant
