Hello All,

Just wanted to run this by you all to see if I have this right in my head.
Going to apply for BK at the start of September.
Currently in our own home, paying (inc mortgage, secured loan, ground rent and c.tax) £1400 a month for two bed flat.

Heres what we intend to do.

1) Stop paying mortgage and loan this month.
2)Move into rented accomodation using money saved from mortgage and loan at the end of August.
3) Petetion for at the start of September.
4) Hand back wifes car to finance company and purchase a run around (currently paying £255 a month on finance, which the OR probably will say is too high). Get her a car for around £2000 as needs one for work. My car is worth around £700, again rquired for work.

Does this sound the correct way of doing things?

Thanks

Hi Darren,

Looks ok to me. Remember, if you need further guidance, why not try the helpline?
