I moved in with my boyfriend of six months on the 4th July and am contributing towards the mortgage and half the bills. I am going bankrupt on the 15th August and I am worried that this will effect my boyfriend... will they ask for any money from his house etc.?

If you have only lived together for such a short time, this will not affect him at all Maizie.

So even if I get an IPA for three years they won't ask for any money at the end of that term?
