Please can someone help me with filling out these forms. Under the Financial section, question 1.15 I have stated my IVA details but also under Section 13 - Supplementary information it asks:
Complete details of any compositions, arrangements or voluntary arrangements you have made with your creditors. Provide details of any administration orders. Have you made any composition or arrangement with your creditors in satisfaction of your debts? If Yes, please enter the last composition/arrangement date
Have you entered into a voluntary arrangement with your creditors? If Yes, please enter the date of the voluntary arrangement
Have you been subjected to an administration order under Part VI of the County Courts Act 1984 If Yes, please enter last administration order details
I have entered my IVA onto the bit that asks have I entered into a voluntary arrangement with your creditors. Do I state yes or no under the bit that says have I made any composition or arrangement with your creditors in satisfaction of the debts... I don't understand what this means.
