Hi I am just checking through my online form before i submit it. I have got to section 4 @list of secured creditors. In the part listed 'amount owing ' i have put full amount of mortgage/secured outstanding (approx total £185000). in the section 'what of yours is owned and what is its present value i have put mortgage/secured consilidation on family home. then entered full value of house (£195000)on each of the 3 'mortgages' (they are all joint) However when it comes to the total it says -£401000. Is this right or have i mucked up the form. please advise. thank you.

Hi
it won't be a problem as the OR will be used to this and will understand.
However, a way around it is:-
fill in the first line as you did.
But on the second line where you enter the value, only enter the balance amount from line one.
On line 3, again, where you enter the value, enter the balance figure from line 2.

Hope this makes sense and is of help.
